Change Agent Consulting (CAC) is an independent consulting firm developed to empower individuals and businesses to reach their optimal potential by specializing in multicultural education, strategic planning, curriculum & program development, grant writing & resource development, community organizing, and facilitation.
CAC was founded by Demarra Gardner, a not for profit professional with years of experience and a wide range of knowledge, experience, and insight. She founded the company in 2007 as a means to bridge her love for not for profit entities, multiculturalism, and social justice. Her vision is to equip her clients to maximize their productivity, while building the capacity to effect change on a local, regional, national, and ultimately, global level.
